Elk County Clerk
County Clerk provides numerous services to the public and county
government. In addition to issuing hunting &
fishing licenses, assisting citizens with homestead and food tax
refunds and answering general questions, the Clerk's office performs
various functions that the public seldom sees. From preparing meeting
agendas and acting as the repository for official records of the County Commission
to payroll & various Human Resource functions, the Clerk's office is
